Our brief history

We were founded in September 2023, therefore it's truly a brief history for our PRAGMAGILITY. But the prelude is the many years of analyzing change successes and failures, converging to a conclusion in our present time.


We are not the first ones to use pragmagility as a meaningful portmanteau or blending of the terms PRAGMATISM and AGILITY. Our claim is being the most passionate and dedicated to build timely services around this ethos. It is demanded by our present time due to the immense challenges of thriving in this age and into the next.


We came into being due to a need, we are answering the call hence we are here. PRAGMAGILITY STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT SERVICES is joining the global movement that will transform individuals, communities, organizations and institutions for the better world in the generative AI era.


Being one on our own is not the original intention. We reached out to many, to anyone whom we think already have reasonable foundation upon which pragmagility can be built. All of them reasonably declined or ignored us to fuel our motivation to be on our own. That is one of the primary characteristics of pragmagility: rejections can be taken as redirection. We always have a good choice.


We decided to be a startup because our choice is to chase the upsides of being a startup. We know the risks and the challenges are indeed daunting. However, another strong characteristic of pragmagility is in play. If we can find any three legs to stand on, we can proceed. The discovery of the greatest common divisor (GCD) of change management architecture, change management equation and change projection model are our top three among the many legs to support our unique value propositions.


The most interesting segments of pragmagility's history are yet to be written. We are excited to have you with us in those coming segments. Some of you might be among those who have the same questions that a few have asked us. Why pragmagility? Why will people even bother to try something as new as you? Once they figure out what and how you do things, what may stop them from just doing it themselves? These questions reveal the most important power of pragmagility, we cannot lose! If people try to do it themselves and they succeed, they are with us on confirming that we are right and we have something truly valuable here. If they fail, they can enlist our help to make it a success. Either way, there will always be a debt owed to us, with two or more ways to repay us, maintaining the great balance with pragmagility at its core!
